Fastest path: report in the room

Every chat room and profile has a report button. Using it sends the report, with the relevant context, to the moderation team. You do not need to stay in the conversation to report — skip or block first if you prefer, then report.

What to report

  • Anyone who appears to be under 18 — this is the highest-priority report on the platform.
  • Harassment, threats, coercion or hate.
  • Recording or screenshots taken without consent, or threats to share them.
  • Scams, requests for off-platform payment, impersonation.
  • Non-consensual or illegal content of any kind.

Reporting by email

When the in-room button is not enough — or you are reporting something you saw after the fact — email us. Include what you can of the following:

  • The username or profile of the person you are reporting.
  • The date and approximate time it happened.
  • What happened, in your own words.
  • Screenshots only if taking them does not put anyone at further risk.

What happens next

Reports are reviewed against the Community Guidelines. Outcomes range from warnings to permanent bans. Reports involving possible minors or non-consensual content are escalated first and may be referred to the relevant authorities — see CSAM Zero Tolerance.
