Zero Tolerance for CSAM and Minors

The policy

X-Video-Chat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for the presence of minors on the platform, in any form, in any context. This is the platform's hardest line and it is not negotiable.

What this means in practice

• The entire platform sits behind an 18+ age confirmation, and creators complete onboarding verification before publishing content.
• Accounts of suspected minors are removed.
• Any user soliciting, sharing or requesting CSAM is permanently banned.
• CSAM incidents are escalated for referral to the relevant authorities, and the platform cooperates with law enforcement requests.

How to report

If you believe a user is under 18, or you encounter any content involving a minor, report it immediately using the in-room report button — these reports are the highest priority in the moderation queue — or email the contact address below with the username and what you saw. Do not download, screenshot or reshare suspected CSAM; report it and leave the room.
